Joseph recently completed a PhD at Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University, exploring intersectionality and identity work in homestay platforms. He has researched widening participation in higher education and now works as a Research Associate on FUTOURWORK, a Horizon Europe project improving social dialogue and working conditions in tourism and hospitality.
