Mafalda Patuleia holds a PhD in Tourism from the Faculty of Economics at the University of the Algarve and is currently the Director of the Tourism Department at Lusófona University. She has over 25 years of teaching experience and a robust academic portfolio, with her research focusing on creative tourism, sustainability, lifestyle entrepreneurship, second homes, and the competitiveness of tourist destinations.
