FUTOURWORK is currently seeking participants in a survey about worker wellbeing across six countries – Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Sweden and the UK.
Our research is examining the impact of digitalisation on tourism and hospitality workers’ wellbeing, and what changes in social dialogue – the negotiations between workers, their representatives and employers – can do about it.
To deepen our understanding of worker wellbeing, we’ve created a survey for workers in each of our six partner countries. We’ll use the results to produce a wellbeing index and benchmarking tool specific to the tourism and hospitality sector. Once created, businesses will be able to use it with their workers and benchmark themselves against industry peers, with the aim of driving up improvements in wellbeing.
The survey covers questions about how technology is affecting workers and working conditions, how workers can exercise their voice over decisions that impact them, and other issues about worker wellbeing.
We want our research to be thorough and comprehensive, so we need as many workers’ voices as possible. Please share the survey far and wide and encourage all tourism and hospitality workers to take part.
